Sun was setting as we took it all in – The Narrows of Deer Creek. We stopped for a while, snapped pictures, took our shoes off and put our beat feet in the creek. I was happy to be here, in the bottom of the canyon, just the two of us in this special place. The sunlight continued to diminish and we decided to head back to camp.
